On the hand many people also present in this world who’re facing the problem of getting excessive sleep. Excessive sleepiness includes the symptoms trouble waking up up in the morning, lack of concentration, feeling of irritability, loss of appetite, feeling less energetic and sleepy all the time, narcolepsy, etc..People with excessive sleepiness which is also known as hypersomnia disorder often suffer from sudden falling asleep while doing daytime work or activity such as- in office meeting, college or school lecture, or in anywhere in public place. sometimes this may happened to you because you may be sleep deprived from last night, may be you have any stress or tension, or may be you have serious health issues.
